Payment Terms

These clear and fair payment terms apply to all AI and digital solutions projects provided by Agenvora AI. Please review this payment structure, refund policy, cancellation process, and project terms before work begins.

Quick Summary

Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required before project work begins.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% is due before final project handover.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of cancellation, as outlined in the refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requires written notice via email. Completed work is charged according to the agreed project terms.

1. Payment Structure

All projects follow the payment schedule outlined in the approved project proposal.

01

Advance Payment — 50%

Due before project work begins.

02

Final Payment — 50%

Due upon completion of the agreed project work and before final handover.

An invoice is issued for every payment received, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

No work will begin until the advance payment is received and confirmed. This helps protect both parties and supports commitment to the agreed project timeline.

2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project when the client requests cancellation.

If Agenvora AI cancels a project, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made for that project.

3. Project Cancellation

The client may cancel a project by providing written notice via email. Upon cancellation:

Payment for completed work

The client pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated according to the agreed project rate and terms.

Work handover

All completed work up to the point of cancellation will be transferred to the client once all outstanding payments have been settled.

4. Scope Changes and Revisions

The approved project proposal outlines the scope of work and included revisions. Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as change requests.

Minor revisions

Small text edits and adjustments within an approved feature are included at no extra cost.

Additional work

New pages, features, or substantial changes to previously approved project work will be quoted and billed separately.

Major scope changes

Changes exceeding 20% of the original scope require a revised proposal and updated payment terms.

Written approval

All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before additional work begins.

5. Agreement & Questions

By approving a project proposal, the client agrees to the payment terms outlined for that project. Any special payment arrangements or exceptions must be confirmed in writing.
